CARD CHARGES What’s what?

I thought I’d outline what happens on charges for card use as it has come to light that a different cruise agent is actually now charging 1% fee on debit cards!! Personally Ive only heard of debit card charges when payments are under £5 or £10.00 perhaps in a shop. Here at Cruise .co.uk only make charges when the banks charges us!! To save confusion here is the info:

Debit Cards - FREE TO USE
Credit Cards Mastercard/VISA - 2.5% Charge
Credit Cards American Express - 3.5% Charge
Over seas registered debit cards - 2.5% Charge
Cheques - FREE TO USE Note: We cannot hold a cabin until a cheque has cleared in our banks, so we suggest you use a debit card!


If anyone has a strange or ‘uncommon’ card and want to know what charges apply, just call me on 08004086144 and I can double check with our accounts department! With some graet value cruise on, its always best to know the facts in advance.
