Ive lived in Cardiff, Warwick (worked at the prestigious Walton Hall) Tenerife and Redditch. I fell in love with Tenerife on my first holiday there and four holidays later I packed a bag and jumped on a plane on on my own (I must have been mad) but I was young and you have to find adventures where you can get them! Regret the things you didnt do not the things you do!
Tenerife - I lived in Torviscas and worked in Playa Las Americas.
Isle of wight - Holiday with my best friend from school and her parents for our 16th Birthdays - Amazingly hot weather and we had such a wonderful time
Saint Malo in France when I was 17 - I went with a group of friends on motorbikes and did a bit of a northern France tour whilst returning every night to a wonderful cottage in the middle of no where!!
Portugal - Albufeira - Again in a large group of frineds we stayed at the top end of the 'strip' found some wonderful restarants and place to see, although didnt make it to the beach very often as it was atrak and a half to get there - about 10miles round trip down and back up a monutain side!!!
Tenerife - Holiday 1 - Stayed in Torviscas with the same group of friends for a week, where we did what most youngsters do in tenerife - eat drink and get tanned!!!
Tenerife -Holiday 2 - Half the above group doing a smilar thing - My sister came along and really enjoyed it too!
Gran Canaria - Visiting a friend who moved there from Tenerife - stayed in a little village called vecindario which was a 'local' village so I got to experince some real Canarian Culture.
Florida - Staying with my old boss for Thanksgiving 2008 - I had the most amnazing experince and saw all ov the wonderful things the 'holidays' have to offer in the USA! Click here for cruise info on Florida ports
Tenerife - Holiday 3 -Stayed in the Golf de Sur - Gorgeous restaurants and sea views, stayed in the most wonderful accomodation with private pools and waterfalls and parrotts in the gardens.
Tenerife.
Tenerife Holiday 4 - Just last year - returned with my sister, niece sister in law and nephew, staying in Las Americas in a really nice resort on the hillside overlooking the waterparks, the kids loved the sun the sea and sand and I got to visit a few old haunts - like the Irish bar, a favourite Chinese and shopping centre!
