Princess Cruise- the proof is in the pudding.

As you may have noticed on e of my passengers – Mrs Wilding brought me a selection of exciting souvenirs back from her travels on the Grand Princess, so I thought Id break a few bits down for you to ‘digest’

Princess cruises, along with many others are conscious of providing healthier options. The Lotus spa dishes are lower in fat, cholesterol and sodium – for the health conscious; I do recall a gym instructor on a ship one telling me that in an average 7night sailing passengers gain up to half a stone per week!!! Definitely worth considering the healthier options occasionally!

Ive been flicking through some of the other days menus and cant believe how much is on offer on just one day!! Just one sitting.. The galley must be VERY busy on here.

Ive found my ideal dish.
Roasted Cod spiked with Chorizo, portebello mushrooms, parissenne potatoes and bacon balsamic vinegar!!

I first tried Escargot on the Adventure of the seas and TRUST ME!! They are amazing - they do something magical on board with snails...

Whats your favourite cruise dish?
